About

Reclaiming Reality is a grounded, empowering online course for people who sense that something has been off in their relationships, families, workplaces, groups, or larger systems and want language, tools, and clarity to understand it. Blending common clinical concepts with consciousness-based awareness, this course explores gaslighting, narcissistic patterns, emotional manipulation, cognitive dissonance, nervous system responses, self-gaslighting, boundaries, and the recovery of self-trust. Rather than teaching students to live in fear or diagnose everyone around them, the course helps them recognize patterns, understand their own responses, and return to clarity, choice, and personal agency. Who this course is for: individuals who feel confused or self-doubting after interactions; people healing from emotional manipulation, gaslighting, or narcissistic dynamics; students interested in consciousness-based personal growth; and anyone who wants to understand gaslighting in relationships, families, workplaces, communities, and wider systems. What students will learn: how to recognize gaslighting versus manipulation; understand cognitive dissonance and nervous system responses; identify common tactics such as love bombing, hoovering, stonewalling, silent treatment, flying monkeys, and smear campaigns; interrupt self-gaslighting and internalized doubt; use the P.O.W.E.R.
