How much of what you believe is actually yours?
From the moment we enter the world, we are surrounded by messages about what is normal, successful, acceptable, desirable, dangerous, and true. These messages come through family, culture, education, religion, media, politics, relationships, and the expectations of the people around us.
Over time, repeated ideas can begin to feel like facts. Inherited stories can shape what we notice, what we dismiss, what we fear, and what we believe is possible for us—often without us realizing that we ever agreed to them.
In this single telecall, we will explore how influence and conditioning shape our perception of reality. We will look at the beliefs, narratives, and social expectations we may have absorbed, defended, or carried forward without consciously choosing them.
