Can You Really Control the Universe? - What's Up Wednesday, June 4, 2025

Alright...today's email might get a little real. First of all, I have a confession. For the past 7 years, I have never done a telecall on creating your life, and in truth, that may have to do with me avoiding creating my own. I know, I look like I have everything so figured out and I'm so intelligent, but it's true. However, the Universe has been so loud about my upcoming classes and the focus being on creating.

So on Tuesday, as I showered and got ready for the Pulls of Peace, I bent over and was drying my legs and heard "You get to know the what, not the how!" Let me just say my whole reality changed in that exact moment. My whole body relaxed, I started breathing differently, and for the first time, I heard something so clear that I didn't fight. I simply asked, "What does that mean?"

Let's start with "the what." The what is referring to what shows up in your life. You get to know it even if you don't realize you know it, because what shows up is what you ask for. Now you might be thinking how is this crap in my life something I'm asking for. Well, it may not be verbally, but energetically, you could be asking based on what you've come to believe about yourself, your value, what you deserve, etc.

Many times, we believe we value ourselves until a moment arises to show us that we don't. Recently, for myself, it's been the ability to acknowledge that somewhere in my deepest mind, I decided not to be a great facilitator/teacher. If you had asked me, I would have said I wanted it, but after 6 months of personal coaching, I've realized just how much I stop myself at every turn.

But now "the how." The how is a bit more self-explanatory because it's literally how something shows up. I would include the who, where, and when in this as well. The how is the receiving part of the universal law "ask and you shall receive." This is probably the hardest thing to accept if you are a control freak or if you find yourself in a difficult part of your life.

You only get to know the what. You only get to ask. What seems backwards is that you have to trust that it will happen, not wait until it happens, and then believe it. You spend your whole life trying to make the how happen, it will only lead to stress, exhaustion and maybe even a little pain and suffering. It doesn't have to be hard if you trust your power and know that you are the source for the creation of your life.

So I leave you with one question today...

What are you asking for?
